How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Express delivery options are available at checkout. International shipping timelines may vary.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,999. Orders below ₹1,999 will have a standard shipping fee applied at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Customs duties and taxes may apply as per your country's regulations.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with a photo or video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3–4 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact. Exchanges are completely free. For refunds, a return shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund amount. Customised pieces are not eligible for return, exchange or refund under any circumstances.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available across India with a non-refundable handling fee of ₹100 added at checkout. This fee covers cash collection and processing by our delivery partner and will not be refunded in case of order cancellation or return, however the full product amount will be refunded.
