At OneSize Club, we want you to love the way your piece wraps, ties and drapes. If something isn't right, here's how we make it easy.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

- Exchanges are free — we cover the return shipping cost.
- Refunds are accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customised Orders
Items purchased under our Customise option are made specifically to your measurements and are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in the case of damage or manufacturing defect (see below).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a free replacement, exchange, or refund — your choice.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

- Customised / made-to-measure pieces
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at [email].
